Happy National Adoption Month! This month, we will be bringing you a new episode every week. The marketing team has given our host Jenna Stocks a break to bring you stories from every member of the adoption triad. This first episode, we focused on the Social Work Experience. Often times, we do not think about the behind the scenes of the adoption world. Many people forget that there are people who work day in and out to ensure that our clients are served. We wanted to start this series, highlighting our social workers. We invited the Adoptions From The Heart Delaware social workers to share their experiences in the field. They talked about everything from work environment, difficulties in the field, self care as social workers, the most impactful moments in their career and much more.
