RICK (RCI Hospitality) is a company in the service industry. It owns nightclubs, strip clubs, adult entertainment websites, restaurant, and sport bars. It is one of the two adult entertainment companies that are listed on the NASDAQ. The CEO, Eric Lagan, bought his first strip club at the age of 21 after selling his baseball cards collection for 40000$. I’m pretty confident that he knows what he’s doing at this point. Today, the company operates over 40 clubs and restaurants and owns Tootsie’s Cabaret, the largest strip club in the US (74000 square feet). Management is looking to drive the stock value by 10-15% annually. This will be executed by repurchasing shares when FCF is more than 10% (or cash exceeds 16M$ during the pandemic), buying out solid nightclubs that will generate 25-33% of cash return and an organic expansion of Bombshells restaurants.
