Today's meditation comes from Mudras For Healing and Transformation by Joseph and Lilian Le Page.  The Abhaya Varada Mudra can be used to ease anxiety and stress.  It instills a sense of centering and fearlessness  It is helpful for muscle tension, deepening the breath and aids a healthy digestive system.  The Abhaya Varada Mudra reduces fear and insecurity. It enables you to align with your true nature.  Le Page states, "With a greater sense of grounding and centering, I move forward in life fearlessly."
