This is the seventh chapter in our mediation journey that comes from Ira Progoff's The Well and The Cathedral. In Chapter Seven, we explore how others who came before us can help our spiritual journey. The Well and The Cathedral consists of eight meditation chapters plus two chapters that expound on the three Entrance Mediation books as a whole. Each meditation chapter can be used as a stand-alone meditation or used together as a longer guided meditation.
