In today’s episode, I talk through some of the surprising changes that I noticed in my body post 25. I realised the ladies that had gone ahead of myself were really telling the truth lol. I talked through my weight loss journey & maintenance pre vs post 25; some of the things I found out whilst researching what could be going on & reaching a place of surrender, whilst focusing on optimal health. I also talk through approaching wellness through a lens of self love as that impacts how we ultimately see ourselves.
