The city is for the people of the nations, so they might have access and illumination. The light of God, through the people of God, brings illumination to those whom He has been calling out of darkness and into His marvelous light.
The kings of the earth now bring their glory into it—the people for which they rule.
There will no longer be any sadness, mourning, and depression. And the gates of the city no, not ever, shall be caused to be shut by day. Jesus is the light of day and as long as He shines in this world, the gates will not be closed.
There are prohibitions on entry: anyone unclean andalso anyone now doing what is detestable or false. But if your name is in the book, God has a plan of mercy and grace for your life. He will find you.Download Transcript
