A stifled emotion can morph into self-induced suffering,  That's right!  Avoidance of feeling your feelings creates bigger problems.

The great news is that through awareness (check yourself) you can pull yourself out of a downward spiral (so you don't wreck yourself).

In this episode, I'm sharing my own realizations about a strange, subconscious, self-destructive strategy that I've often sought during times of loneliness, how I'm learning to lean into reality instead of running away and, of course, there's a call to action for YOU to check YOURSELF, along with some insight into how to investigate this.
