Description

As challenges arise, it’s an excellent opportunity to come out of autopilot thinking and reactions and, instead, get in there - being in the moment - and really fly the crap out of your brain plane.

When you do that over and over again you start to create the inner space to be able to re-write any unhelpful (often hurtful) inner narratives that have previously been published in your brain plane manual.

Doing this stuff little by little also allows you to experience and welcome in the incredible power of conscious living ... Of living from the inside out.
