Red Dawn, a 1984 action-war film directed by John Milius, starring Patrick Swayze, Charlie Sheen, C. Thomas Howell, Thompson and Jennifer Grey.
Red Dawn probably doesn't need an introduction but if you haven't seen this in a long time we recommend a rewatch.
If you've only heard of it by reputation, it may not be quite what you expected.
