I go after Congress for trying to place the blame for the eviction moratorium at the feet of the President. Then go after The Squad for not using their leverage to depose, or at least control, Speaker Pelosi. I think it may even be necessary for The Squad to switch teams and put McCarthy in as Speaker. The threat has to be real for it to change anything.
