NFL Trade deadline came and went with a thud here in the Pacific Northwest. I made a wicked Vegan Tostada bowl for Taco Tuesday that my kids hated (not because it was Vegan.... it had this alien substance known as "salsa"), but my wife and I thought was awesome. Yup. Everything was super awesome yesterday. Nothing at all to rant about or anything. Just Tacos, trades, and absolutely nothing else.
