WH Press Secretary kept going out of her way to emphasize the Biden-Harris Administration. Not the Biden Administration. Not Joe. Not President Biden. The Biden-Arris Administration. Every alarm bell in my head was going off. He's not running. Or he is about to kick Harris off the ticket and is trying to pump her up before dumping her back to California.
