We left 2020 with a Scottish sport legend and we start 2021 with another Scottish sport legend. Delighted to have been joined by former Scotland Women's National Team Manager and footballer; Shelley Kerr. Yet another wonderful guest we found about Shelley's journey from primary school right up to the current day. She spoke openly about her time at school and the experiences and life lessons she gained from it. Shelley provided us with insightful and motivating messages throughout the interview as she spoke at length firstly of her playing career and then into her successful managerial career. She discusses her playing days as well as the step from club to international level. Additionally, it was fantastic to hear a number a stories from her coaching career which included a hilarious story from her time as assistant at Stoneyburn Juniors. On top of this we found out what it was like to lead Scotland to their first World Cup as well as some of the highlights and low points of her career. Shelley tied things up with what she is up to in the current day, plans for the future and advice for young aspiring footballers. We thank Shelley for taking the time to sit down and chat with us whilst wishing her every success in her next adventure.
