We return from our Easter break and bring up our 40th episode. We are joined by Scottish & Team GB Olympian Marathon runner; Callum Hawkins. With less than 100 days until the Tokyo Olympics, Callum provided a fantastic insight about how his preparations are going. Covering a range of topics around his running career, Callum discussed his current training regime plus his diet and nutrition. Callum highlighted his time at school, favourite subjects, role models growing up and how his journey into running came about. Additionally, we found out about some of Callum's highlights and low points where he spoke openly on a range career moments. Lastly, Callum provided some advice for the youth of today and the importance of setting goals each day. We thank Callum for his time and wish him all the  very best with his preparations and every success at the upcoming Tokyo Olympics.
