In this episode we discuss the aspect of ones mental fortitude, which is the ability to focus on and execute solutions when in the face of uncertainty and adversity. Mental attitude plays a large role in our daily life, we are most often tested mentally in regards to survival, but also in regards to how we manage relationships both with others, and within ourselves. Ones mentality can dictate the difference between a positive or negative outcome in a situation, so why not train your brain to think positively and practice good mental health.
