Welcome to our first episode of our lifting Persecution segment. This is a very touchy topic, but a necessary one to dive into. The premise of our nation is freedom of religion, which was achieved by the Father of Free Religion: Thomas Jefferson. Separation of Church and State is the amendment term that we associate with this premise of freedom to practice religion, so we’re going to dive into that today. Some questions for reflection: what does this term mean? What was it intended to do for this nation and what is it actually doing today in such a highly saturated political world? Do we truly have freedom of religion? How did politicians become so corrupt?
