Description

Anxiety is a tool, a mechanism of protection, and it's felt when there is a disparage between where you are and where you want to be.  This persistent pattern creates rumination in the mind, constantly thinking on it, even in the background of our life, and before you know it a panic attack can ensue without your participation.  This episode gives an explanation to what's happening, how it relates to autoimmune, or chronic inflammatory disease, and simple exercises to create new neural pathways.
