Aviva has been passionate about product innovation, mental health, and content creation ever since she can remember. After spending 2 years at Aon, the largest human capital consulting firm globally, she joined Dasra, India's largest strategic philanthropy foundation and worked on projects for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Cipla, and several others across the social sector. With a keen interest in all things product, she is always looking for new ways to design products that truly are user-centric.



Anushka Kelkar

With a love for all things mental wellbeing, tech, and community-based healing related, Anushka began her career at Human Factors International as a user experience designer and researcher after which she then moved on to Dasra, India's largest strategic philanthropy foundation where she worked across social impact sectors with global foundations and high impact nonprofits. At Therapize, she looks at all things customer acquisition and community building. Some of the places where her work has been featured are The Huffington Post, CNN, Quartz, Times Of India, Hindustan Times, BuzzFeed India, Scroll, and Mid-day.
