I know the Holidays are not happy times for everyone. I, myself, suffer from seasonal depression. The dark days and cold weather often get the best of me, every year. But March of 2021 I wanted to tap out. I do not mind sharing my story because there is nothing to be ashamed of. I am human. I have good days and bad days. I want you to know you are not alone.
