In this episode of Balance with Sam Podcast, I share another coaching call with my client, “Julie.” She had been struggling with eating in moderation, which often would lead her to binging or overeating, especially when she was exposed to ultra-tempting foods such as cake.

Julie discusses her progress since the last time we spoke together. She talks at length about how her consistently achieving small wins has given her a tremendous sense of control and belief in her ability to achieve the goals she sets for herself. We discuss how she has successfully handled the temptation to binge, the discomforts and joys of personal growth, and her discovery that YOU, not your past habits, ultimately define your identity.
