We're in this constant yo yo cycle, January 1, we're all so super motivated, it's a new year new us, we're going to get everything under control, we're going to start off great... And then something else will happen, then summer comes along. And now all of a sudden, it's late nights, days by the pool, vacation, kids are home and it's chaotic.

And we're left feeling like we need to "get back on track".
