Your goals can ebb and flow based on the season, and we shouldn't make ourselves wrong for that.
This doesn't mean that you're any less motivated or driven. It simply means is that you're a human being.
From my perspective, in my experience, there's a lot of "shoulds" being imposed upon us from the dieting industry as to how we should be showing up for our workout plan, and our nutrition. Ultimately leading us feeling overwhelmed, hopeless or helpless, and confused.
