Description

Our metabolism is always sending us signals, whether we want to listen to them or not. 

The biggest issue is, is that we don't know how to interpret the signals that we're getting, we don't understand the language that it is speaking. Getting really clear on what your body is telling you? What does my what does my body want? What does my body need, and then also taking into consideration, a mental emotional, and psychological perspective, our perceptions, our physical goals, our desires that we have up in our head? 

How can we take the communication that we're getting, and essentially bridge the two...
