New month means new theme, this month's theme being "Hell hath no fury..." where I will be focusing on female directed horror movies. Starting September off with the cult classic, slasher flick with 1982's "The Slumber Party Massacre." The Mistress of the Menagerie discusses phallic looking murder weapons, a satirical look at the cliches within horror movies towards women, and the unconscious part of the mind drive by the Id which motivates our killer to kill.
