They break down on what shame truly is, how it affects our lives, and the importance of being unashamed of God's work in our lives. Both draw from their own personal experiences with shame and bring wisdom from those times and from the Bible to show us how to overcome this silent, but crucial obstacle in our lives that we must overcome.
