This episode discusses Pranayama and what this practice has to do with our Words and Emotions. Breath is interesting because it is both automatic and conscious, therefore we have a tendency to ignore it. What are the consequences of that? What are the benefits of conscious breathing, again specifically related to your words and emotions?
