Andy and Acting Detective Steve Smith sit down to discuss the second episode of 24 shades Cold Case edition that surrounds 28 years old Richard Moore, who had become a victim of stabbing and passed away from his wounds. The last time he was seen was late evening leaving with a female from one of the bars he visited that night. He was found the following morning deceased in the park of Colborne Lodge Drive.
