The host of the Cold Case Series of 24 Shades of Blue Andy O’Brien is joined with Sergent Detective Stephen Smith from Toronto Police’s homicide department, as they discuss a series of 6 cold cases. Almost 15 years ago first responders received a call surrounding 21 year old Patrick Santos murder. His body was found outside his residential home on Bridlington St and to this day his killers remain unknown. Patrick leaves behind his grieving family who continue to search for the answer of who’s responsible for taking the life of Patrick Santos.
