A たら B means if the condition A is met, the situation B will be realized accordingly.
<Example Sentences>
いえ に かえったら テレビ を みます。
When I go home, I will watch the TV.
おおさか に いったら たこやき を たべます。
When I go to Osaka, I will eat takoyaki.
A describes a possible condition:
あした あめ が ふったら おまつり は ちゅうしです。
If it rains tomorrow, the festival will be canceled.
その みせ の りょうり が おいしかったら また いくかもしれません。
If the food at the restaurant is good, I may be going there again.
あした おまつり が ちゅうしだったら いえ で テレビ を みます。
If the festival is canceled tomorrow, I will watch the TV at home.
A describes a condition which is unreal or hypothetical:
わたし が あなただったら その さそい は ことわります。
If I were you, I would turn down the invitation.
おかね が たくさん あったら いえ を かいたいです。
If I had much money, I would want to buy a house.
