After joining Brooke on her podcast The Bonus Years to talk about my transplant journey it was a pleasure to have her join me on Danny Chats.
Brookes need for a transplant was a huge surprise to her as she had had very good health up until her 20's.
Over a very short time Brookes liver started to fail and although she didn't realise it she would soon in need of a new liver in order to live.
Brooke is very open and honest about her journey and I think lots of transplant patients will relate to the feeling and emotions she felt along the way.
