This means you need all the people in your organization - those who do the work of your organization everyday – to be on board. The people who are going to be able to make this happen for you are your managers – the people who lead your teams everyday – the supervisors, lead hands, managers, directors. They are the ones who likely didn’t chose the change – that is often done from the top – yet they are the ones who lead and influence the majority of your people. The catch is that these people managers also need to transition to the new way and buy in and commit to doing things differently.
