Almost every time I facilitate a session on leading change I take people through an exercise I’ve been using for 20 years – the seven dynamics of change. It’s based on Ken Blanchard’s work about the seven predictable patterns that people go through when experiencing change. I love this exercise and it works every time to drive home my key points about people’s reactions to change.
