Routine
- Establishing a routine for yourself now your usual one has been temporarily put on hold
- Plan the night before what you want to accomplish the next day, start small with goals such as what time you are going to wake up and work up to bigger goals
- Write it down, use a notepad, whiteboard or your notes app on your phone and make sure you cross off each item as you accomplish it - this is great for boosting your self esteem and motivation!

Exercise
- Get your body moving everyday
- Do what feels right! Feeling anxious? Do yoga. Feeling energised? Do HIIT. Feeling stagnant? Do some dancing.
- Give yourself something to focus on and work towards by setting yourself training goals and try something new.

Meditation
- Racing thoughts? Take yourself to the mind gym and try a meditation practice and feel the life changing benefits

- Acknowledge 3 things a day that you are thankful for

Connection
- Spontaneously call up your friend, check in on your loved ones, even the ones who seem to be coping the best? They actually might not be
- Human connection and community is the most important thing right now, we are all in this together
