Day 41 in 60 Days of Halloween wraps up Fear of Death Week, the fear of J.R. Mounts (scairytalesnoir.com), with the palette cleanser Escape from New York - a "futuristic" dystopian take on classic westerns (at least, that's how we see it) that brings up societal issues that are still very relevant. Also, we find a way to connect Escape from New York to the Super Mario Bros. movie...because of course we do....
