Day 11 in 60 Days of Halloween, and day 4 of Eric's "deflecting it with humor only makes it worse!" week, is Hereditary - a film that Eric and I both agree is incredibly well done and intensely terrifying (though, probably not in the way that you would typically think of a movie being "terrifying")!
