SunEye Radio’s Hashim & Akiko Bharoocha had the privilege of interviewing legendary songwriter, producer, composer, and bassist from Japan, Haruomi Hosono, when he performed in LA in June 2019. In the interview, he reflects on his 50+ year career which includes his first album “Hosono House”, as well as his techno-pop group YMO, the types of music he was influenced by, and provides insights into some of his classic records and songs.
