Today's guest is Coach Adam Ciperski.  Coach Ciperski was a graduate assistant my first season at Fordham University.  Coach Ciperski came to Fordham after a stellar career at Lehigh University where he was an all patriot league free safety. Over the last several years, its been great to reconnect with Coach Ciperski and now learn meaningful things regarding being intentional and present in all you do, especially as a parent.
