Today's guest is Devin Aceret. Â Devin and I have worked together in the helping field of drug, alcohol and mental health services for more than a decade. In this episode, Devin and I talk about how a team approach served us well while working with young men in residential settings. Â Devin shares what Sunday "gatherings" during the football season meant to him as a young man with his parents and siblings and how he incorporates that into his family life today. Â Devin also shares how re-imaging his eldest son's level of participation in the game of football has been something he can now think about with enjoyment.
