Question: Standing up during the Public Scripture Reading, why do we not stand for the entire service in a sense because that is God's Word being declared. It seems sensible. Why aren't we invited to stand as is done when worship begins, or when the bride is walking down the aisle. I know you said you wanted it to catch on and people to do it of their own accord but perhaps it needs a bit of explanation and contextualization. I know in a sense it is a minor issue but I thought I would ask anyway.
