Good News
There is a gift and it is Eternal Life
Romans 5:8 - God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us
More Good News
1. God Loves You - Great News
2. Not when we are "good" - He still loves us. His love is not dependent on me.
3. Christ Died for us - erases all those missed marks.
Ephesians 1:7 - In Christ we have redemption
Hebrews 9:22 - without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness
Romans 10:9, 10 - Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
Agree about Sin - 1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1. This is sin
2. I should go to hell
3. I CANNOT make up for it - Jesus I need you
Believe about Jesus - John 14:6 - Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Question? Is Jesus the Only Way?
Romans 10:13 - For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved".
