They were magicians, wizards, & astrologers 3 Important points from the Magi's story 1. - There is another prophetic Fufillment Matthew 2:15 2. It again displays God's for reaching love. 3. A true lesson as we consider their predicament Who are the kings in the passage? There is King Jesus and King Herod (Herod didn't want to share his kingship and tried to have baby boys killed) What did the Magi do to show which king they recognized 1. Worship - they travelled over 900 miles to worship Jesus 2. Sacrifice / Gift - Gold, Frankincense, and Myrrh 3. Obey - the word of the Lord and did not go back to Herod Who is your king? I choose King Jesus
