Although I’m not a religious person, prayer is very sacred to me. I had an experience yesterday that helped further maintain my positive outlook. Sometimes we put ourselves under too much pressure for reasons we don’t really care that much about. Practicing staying present in the moments as they occur is challenging, yet so phenomenal when they actually happen. I hope you continue to spread your wings n fly after you’ve face planted the cement metaphorically because I’m trying to do that too. Don’t be a stranger n say hi! Promise not to bite... too hard 😜
