Discussing why it’s important for me to be humble and kind in every day life. Sure I still struggle but I am 💯 times better than I once was and that makes me so proud. Also, you’re not superior & if you’re going to go out where people are offering products and services and tipping is required— 20% feels like an appropriate base line. And it increases in accordance to that individual’s willingness to be exceptional. Quit the entitlement. Just be humans with manners and common courtesy 🖖🏾
