Hark the herald angels sing glory to the newborn King

Late in time behold Him come offspring of the Virgin's womb

Prayers of the Church and Prayer of our Lord
Offering “Away In A Manger”
Away in a manger no crib for a bed the little Lord Jesus laid down His sweet head
The stars in the sky looked down where He lay the little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay
The cattle are lowing the Baby awakes but little Lord Jesus no crying He makes
I love Thee Lord Jesus look down from the sky and stay by my cradle 'til morning is nigh
Be near me Lord Jesus I ask Thee to stay close by me forever and love me I pray
Bless all the dear children in Thy tender care and fit us for heaven to live with Thee there

Sermon The Impossible Dream
Closing Hymn “It Came Upon the Midnight Clear”
It came upon the midnight clear that glorious song of old
From angels bending near the earth to touch their harps of gold
Peace on the earth good will to men from heaven's all gracious King
The world in solemn stillness lay to hear the angels sing
Still thro' the cloven skies they come with peaceful wings unfurled
And still their heavenly music floats o'er all the weary world
Above its sad and lowly plains they bend on hovering wing
And ever o'er its Babel sounds the blessed angels sing
For lo the days are hastening on by prophet seen of old
When with the ever-circling years shall come the time fortold
When peace shall over all the earth its ancient splendors fling
And the whole world send back the song which now the angels sing
