TRANSCRIPT
In my mind the solution is go callous your damn mind. Ok? David Goggins has a great book. It's called "Can't Hurt Me" I don't know if you've read it, I've read it two or three times. It's very interesting. He goes into this place in his own mind, right? Reaching in the cookie jar. That cookie jar is all the things that negatively impacted you that you beat. Ok? You were abused as a kid. That's in your cookie jar. You made it through. If you're an adult you made it through. You coped somehow. Something that you went through that was uncomfortable and out of your control. The cookie jar a lot of times are things that were out of your control or that you failed at. You know? David Goggins don't come for me cause I know that is not exactly what you said in your book but this is my interpretation of what you're saying. I...The way that I personally try to increase my personal responsibility is by callusing my mind. And the only - the fastest way and the most, the most aggressive and in my control way to do that is to put myself in a situation where I have to see where I'm going to quit. And I do that through personal exercise.
