It's interesting in a time like this - and I'm gonna use this as an example - So my background, for a while I was just a skinny white guy, ok? I was doing my thing - and that was actually said by Sae'Von, he was like "Yea man, you were an average white guy. Tall build, skinny guy" Kinda bouncing around. There was a point where I looked down, stomach's a little big and I'm working in the bar scene and I was like, Yo. It's really time to take responsibility for my own actions and this health is not really negatively impacting me in my twenties...but what If I let it compound till I'm 50, or 60, would i even make it to 70 if I do that? So, I decided that had to do with a few areas, and we don't have to go super nutrition today, however, what you put in your body - Your health is not just what you consume and how you move. It has to do with what you let in your mind too.
