TRANSCRIPT

...Silver linings...You could run down that path. But I think what is most important to understand, regardless, whether you want to say its fundamentally - it's foundationally discipline and discipline is foundationally self-control is that personal responsibility over your actions - At the end of the day it doesn't matter what happens to you, you're still responsible for it. Maybe you didn't cause something, but what are the next actions that you take after something happens, right? And what is that framework that you operate in moving forward? Because someone could do you wrong- and people do people wrong all the time - do you respond in kind or do you say, "Hmm, You know...If I wasn't in the scenario, if I didn't put myself in the situation where I was not clear with my own boundaries and what I was ok with and not ok with - would the outcome have been different if this happened the same way?
