Description

Michelle Renaud and Erin Norris both found yoga the way most people do - with two feet on the ground. Erin and Michelle share how they decided to go from being part time yoga instructors to becoming co-owners, introducing traditional, SUP, and aerial yoga along with their traditional classes to bring a new and fun experience to yogis in the Ottawa Valley. The ladies share how AWE Yoga’s virtual classes are way more interactive (and personable!) vs. a YouTube class, why chair yoga became so popular during COVID, and what they love most about being yoga instructors

The AWE yoga team wants you to have an enjoyable, relaxing, and AWEsome experience. Visit them in their NEW location once their doors are opened at 1356 Pembroke St W!
