In this post, I breakdown my day in life this 2021 designed to execute my desired habits and long terms goals. My intent here is not to brag about anything but to provide you a blueprint of structuring life with balance. You may choose to adopt some time blocks or hacks here or feel free to try all of them.
It is not easy. Life throws you with different scenarios, some are good, some are stressful, there are small wins and small losses, but keeping these habits with discipline provides ultimate satisfaction.
It is difficult to maintain an exercise schedule, it is difficult to come up with ideas on what to write, but when you practice the will to do whatever it is that you committed to doing, or people who you intend to help, and if you overcome the procrastination, it is all WORTH IT. Instant gratification vs. long term gratification. Should you binge on watching Netflix, or should you practice personal development?
Anyone can do this. Most of the habits I formed over the years do not require money. I am not rich, I actually have already have decided years back that I am not going to aim for money. I aim to contribute, strengthen my relationships, guide my children, help our clients, satisfy our team and hopefully inspire like-minded people.
