Hello... today I am in my usual spot.. the third wheel! Lol... I find myself in that position a lot. It's fine these guests were chill... I am so happy that you guys are back. Today we have an episode with my two friends Merry Nebiyu and Matt Sebenick talking all things fitness. We went over weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, and tips for beginners starting their fitness journey... Matt is minoring in exercise science, and Merry also does a lot of research regarding science based facts when it comes to fitness. We highlight the toxic culture when it comes to comparing our bodies, dieting, and specific workouts thinking that we are going to get the same shape of another influencer...
